Yes you can. However please be sure to remove all the skin from the chicken as the chicken skin will hinder the flavour from penetrating the meat during marinating.
Yes you can if you are really pressed for time. This works well for the Fish dishes, but I donot recommend this for the other dishes, as they are best eaten fresh. Remember that the total time required is 60 minutes which is really not a lot of time.
