Serves: 4 – 6
You will need a rolling pin to roll out your Roti’s
Ingredients:
- 3 Cups flour
- 3 Tablespoons of cooking oil
- Boiling Water
Method:
- Sift flour into a large mixing bowl
- From the sifted flour take out half a cup of the flour to use when rolling
- Make a well in the middle of the remaining flour and add in the oil
- Add the boiling water to the top of the well
- Using a spoon, combine the flour and water into a soft dough (more water can be added)
- Cut of small balls of dough and roll into a circle on a floured top
- Cook the roti’s on a heated flat top frying pan until light brown on either side.
- Enjoy!

- 2 large firm tomatoes
- Half an onion (either red or brown)
- 1 green chilli or half a green pepper
- Coriander
Method:
- Chop up your tomato and onion into medium sized pieces
- Add in your chopped chilli or green pepper
- Garnish with a few sprigs of finely chopped coriander
- Enjoy!
